Well i hope everyone had a very fun summer and hope that things go well in the fall. I will post some videos/ pictures up from the various Timmins College and careers events that have gone on lately , and will try to get more pics from some other events which have passed awhile back . I hope everyone has a good year , those who are heading off to school in the fall ( Mary , Julie , Alice B ) and myself from Timmins and hope things go well for them . As for those who will be staying in Timmins , I hope things go well for you as well and will look forward to hearing from you around Christmas time. For those in Kitchener , well im comming back , so it should be cool , i will be changing my program of studies from General arts and science at Doon campus to Renovation Technician at Waterloo Campus , and will hope to be at CCF as many times as i can make it. Those who are heading elsewhere from the Kitchener group , it will be good to catch up from time to time , and ill be thinking of you . I realize your thinking im one crazy treeplanter bc i continually keep going back. ( next year is my 6th summer) This Canada Day weekend was spent at a wedding which was alot of fun and a very nice wedding on July 1st. The wedding i attended was Anna Liisa Silanpaa and Adam Eaton's and it was awesome. The downside to this weekend was that it rained all day saturday , then again on sunday , and again on monday ( crazy rain lol ) Our fireworks were postponned till Sunday night due to thunder and lightning and then during our show on Sunday, Thunder and lightning added some awesome displays in with our fireworks show, along with a big downpour also, I think it was the first time ive gotten that soaked while watching the fireworks. It was still a very fun weekend. Recently i have been to Guelph for a mens Bible conference that was very encouraging. It was the 2nd year in arow i have attended this conference with a group of men from my chapel. In other encouraging news, This past weekend i was travelling again as i went down to Toronto and attended Summer Celebration at wonderland with Pillar, Kutless, Thousand Foot Krutch, Jeremy Camp and Mercy Me. I really enjoyed Jeremy Camp and Mercy me as the lyrics were encouraging. In the treeplant report , well there is about a week left and things have been a little bit better then lastyear. there has still been some tough and frustrating days of planting , but I have to be content with what the Lord gives me and not complain. I finally finished my year at college and the stress which came from the condensed classes and more assignments , but im back home in Timmins and start Treeplanting on Monday. Since exams being finished, i have afew entries which i have not yet added which will soon be added such as Leafs vs Sens NHL game pics ( from april - little behind! ), Downhere concert pics from March (Wow, i am a lot behind! ) I will try and keep in touch with everyone but i know that may be a little tough when i will be pooched from working full days treeplanting. It has been alot of fun , and a vwery good time at Conestoga College in Kitchener for 2nd year of general arts and science . I have met alot of new people in my classes and throughout the college and have said goodbye to some old friends . miss you guys . There has also been a good amount of ppl comming out to CCF this year and that has been a blessing . There has also been alot of new folks comming out as well . Im just starting to wind down my classes ( altho there is lots of assignments, presentations and tests all at the same time ) Soccer this fall session has been great. Once again i am playing city league but this year have been working on strengthening my ankle so i wont have the same injury happen again. In the 9 of 10 games we have had this year , i have 10 goals and 7 assists . also our team is 6 wins 3 losses and 1 tie ( i think ) . I will be there for the next 2 weeks , but wont be back until january 9th as im back in Timmins for the holidays. I will certainly miss soccer for afew weeks . After plant i was at my cottage , some friends cottages and also in Sudbury at my uncles place , i also had afew weddings to go to , So now im back @ Conestoga College and starting year 2 of General Arts and Science Diploma. Things have been going good . CCF is going well and some new people are comming out each week. Also C & C is up and running again and thats been good. Drove down with Timmins C &C group and when i got there met the Guelph C&C Group spent the day on the roller coasters and then when Kutless started , i had frontrow seats for them , Audio Adrenaline and Newsboys. The whole day was alot of fun seeing friends from all over that i haven't seen in awhile and meeting some new ones as well .
